In-plant managers Raj Nadrajan (Simon Fraser University) and Stephen Murray (University of Alabama-Birmingham) discussed best practices at their shops. Among other things, SFU is getting into document scanning and photo books to add revenue. UAB just added a Xerox iGen4 and is printing a lot of variable data.
