HP plans to reduce its global headcount by 4,000 - 6,000 employees by the end of its 2025 fiscal year, according to Printweek. The reductions will come largely through employee exits and voluntary early retirement.
The company also announced a “2023 Future Ready Transformation plan,” intended to drive significant structural cost savings through digital transformation, portfolio optimization, and operational efficiency, the article noted. The plan would save up to $1.4 billion by the end of fiscal 2025.
