Howie Fenton Now VP at IMG

Just a few weeks after departing from InfoTrends, Howie Fenton has accepted the position of vice president of operations, commercial & enterprise print, with Integrated Methods Group (IMG) in Landenberg, Pennsylvania. IMG is a specialized team of consultants that works to implement measurable improvements in enterprise and commercial print environments.
In his new role, Fenton will use his 26 years of experience in the print industry to help clients benchmark, analyze, assess and repair inefficient processes to improve financial and operational effectiveness. He will work with clients on analysis of insourcing/outsourcing strategies and opportunities in addition to workflow optimization, cost benefit analysis, Six Sigma Methodology/ISO initiatives and project management.
With the goal of helping clients streamline and transform their businesses into strategically focused, more profitable entities, IMG utilizes the principles of Lean Manufacturing as well as methodologies of Six Sigma to approach assessment, benchmarking, automation, and sourcing strategies that deliver process improvement and optimization of resources to identify efficiencies and generate cost savings.
