The Pro-Bind 2000 thermal binding machine improves upon earlier models with a wider heat plate to provide a larger, more even heating surface. The new model contains an updated circuit board that enables a faster warm-up time before the initial binding cycle. The unit has an easy-to-find on/off switch and power indicator light on its side. The Pro-Bind 2000 can accommodate up to a 11⁄2˝ capacity spine and is designed for 81⁄2x11˝ sheet size or smaller. The 2˝ throat allows for multiple books to be bound at one time. A cooling stand is included to provide efficient and production-oriented binding.
