Three Layers, One Pass
The Anapurna M2500i is Agfa Graphics’ newest wide-format printing system. It can achieve three-layer printing in one pass and runs at a maximum speed of 1,238 square feet per hour. The 98˝-wide hybrid UV-inkjet printing system offers six-color plus in-line white and prints on rigid and flexible media at a resolution of up to 1,440x720 dpi. It can provide dual board printing with either two 4x8’ boards or one 4x8’ board in landscape orientation. Print on Rigid Materials
Canon Océ Arizona 6100 Series printers are dedicated flatbed systems designed for versatile, higher-volume production of high-quality display graphics printing onto rigid substrates. Comprising two models—the 6160 XTS and 6170 XTS—the 6100 Series includes features for automated print head maintenance, repeatable physical media registration, fast media loading/holding, superior image quality and print reliability. The flatbed table has two independent printing zones, each with its own vacuum system, for simultaneous printing and media loading/unloading. The two zones can be combined into one to enable 8x10’ prints. With almost 27,000 piezoelectric nozzles in a six-row printing carriage, the 6100 series produces inkjet print output at 1,668 square feet per hour. The EFI H1625 LED is a mid-level production printer designed to maximize image quality with four colors plus white, grayscale print capability and single-pass, multilayer printing. UV LED technology allows for printing on specialty rigid and flexible substrates up to 65˝ wide and 2˝ thick while offering lower running costs. Speeds range from 80 square feet per hour in Ultra Quality Mode to 458 square feet per hour in Express Mode.
