Action-packed IPMA Conference In Store
A quick look at the agenda for the upcoming In-Plant Printing & Mailing Association (IPMA) conference reveals an information-packed three-day event is in the works. The annual in-plant conference will take place in Kansas City, Mo., from June 24-27.
In addition to the vendor fair, the In-Print awards ceremony and endless networking opportunities, managers can choose from a cornucopia of educational sessions. Each day will begin with an inspirational keynote address designed to give you ideas and motivate you to improve your in-plant.
On Monday, Kansas City Chiefs Hall of Fame kicker Nick Lowery will share valuable insights about the power of persistence, avoiding the fear of failure and how to perform at your very best.
On Tuesday, Barb Pellow, group director at InfoTrends, talks about the strategic value of an in-plant and how to successfully navigate in an environment where services go beyond print.
Wednesday morning, Doranne Hudson, associate teaching professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Bloch School of Management will discuss the importance of building “social capital” and offer tools for strengthening your networks for more effective leadership.
