Sometimes emergencies inspire creative solutions we never would have considered otherwise. For all the harm it’s done, COVID-19 has transformed the way we do business, and some of those changes make good sense.

Perhaps you’ve instituted safety precautions during the pandemic, and decided to continue them indefinitely. Or maybe you’ve shifted to new types of work and realized you need to continue handling them in the future.
