At its annual meeting last night, the Graphic Arts Association (GAA) celebrated 120 years of service to the printing industry in Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware. GAA honored two of its founding member companies: George H. Buchanan Co. and National Publishing Co. for their years of dedication and commitment to the industry.
The event was held at The Old Original Bookbinders in Philadelphia with two guest speakers. Henry Freedman spoke on the topic “Changing Times.” He covered the critical issues of the future of our industry. Janet Green, the first female chairperson of the board of PIA/GATF also addressed the group.
