Graph Expo is almost here. In-plant managers will be at the Chicago trade show in force, and one of the main attractions will be the free breakfast and lunch seminars IPG is hosting.
One of those events is a free one-hour lunch session, sponsored by Rochester Software Associates. Taking place Tuesday, September 15 in Room S104 (near the shuttle bus drop-off area), it will feature Tom Rohrbach, of Progressive Insurance, who will discuss his efforts to insource the variable data and creative work that his company is currently outsourcing.
Rohrbach will share the careful analytical process he uses when considering whether work can be produced cost-effectively in-house. He'll also reveal the in-plant's future direction. Attendees will leave the session with a framework for the process and detailed questions to ask within their own organizations.
Seating is limited, so if you’re going to Graph Expo and are interested in learning from a fellow in-plant manager, register now.
