February is In-plant Awareness month, an annual celebration of in-plant value created by the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association. Unfortunately, the usual face-to-face strategies – open houses, hands-on training, focus groups – aren’t possible during the pandemic. But there are ways you can increase awareness without in-person interaction.
In a new blog on the Rochester Software Associates’ site, Consultant Howie Fenton explores some of these options. From surveys to online training and beyond, he notes, in-plants can and should continue to engage customers and prospects during this time of prolonged social distancing.
