The project was brought to the in-plant by Rita Tuck, account representative. Steve Locke, account executive, was the liaison between the designer and the in-plant, and Melinda Harper-Graaf, manager of branding and creative services, oversaw the project.

The book, entitled "In Concert," was designed by an outside firm, TMA Design + Marketing, which sent files digitally to SAFECO, and selected 31 stunning photos. The in-plant scanned some of the photos on its Scitex EverSmart Pro flatbed scanner, operated by Pat McManus.
