Erie Insurance recently held an open house to get the company’s marketing team and graphic designers familiar with the in-plant’s capabilities, particularly its ability to produce spot, flood and textured effects using Xerox Clear Dry Ink, which it applies with its Xerox Color 1000 digital press.
Educating customers and showing them around the operation were part of the in-plant’s effort to improve customer relations and bring new work into the shop. Since the open house, the Erie, PA, in-plant reports an uptick in print work, a testament to the success of its open house.
