The difference between the head shakers and those with digital gear is that the latter have analyzed their workloads, calculated their costs, written reports showing how much they will save with new equipment and proven that the initial expense will quickly be recouped.
Xerox sees great opportunities in these all-offset operations. Educating them on the benefits of digital printing and helping them bring more value to their customers is one of the company's main focuses.
