Color Mail Printer
The new Rena Mach 5 digital color mail printer, from Neopost USA, features the newest digital printing technology available. Color at Half the Cost

One-sided Laminating

All-in-one Digital Paper Finisher
In addition to the Meteor DP60 Pro multi-substrate digital press, MGI will be showing the DF360 5-in-1 digital paper finisher at On Demand. The DF360 includes lamination along with other standard features (cutting, slitting, creasing and scoring). For Low-volume Spine Gluing Applications
Nordson's PURBlue 4 slug melter brings efficient processing of reactive PUR adhesives to low-volume spine gluing applications common to in-plant printing operations. PURs are particularly effective with the inks, papers and toners used in digital printing. Startup and shutdown are simple with user-friendly controls, graphic system indicators and melt-on-demand delivery. Punch 60,000 Sheets Per Hour
The STERLING DIGIPUNCH, from Spiel Associates, is an economical, high-speed punch designed for digital printers. The machine allows for punching up to 60,000 sheets per hour. That's a big pile of paper for a small machine and a half million sheets per shift. The STERLING DIGIPUNCH features a variable pile lift, which allows for slowing the machine down for difficult jobs. Punch sheets with covers or tabs intermixed. A touch screen offers complete, automatic setup and automatic changeovers. The touch screen tells operators when to lubricate or sharpen the die.
