Department of Defense In-plant Upgrades Web-to-Print Capabilities
DLA Document Services, (http://www.daps.dla.mil) the in-plant serving the U.S. Department of Defense and the Defense Logistics Agency, has selected EFI Digital StoreFront (DSF) as the Web-to-Print platform for its more than 150 locations in the U.S. and abroad.
DLA Document Services (formerly named DAPS) is replacing its home grown custom solution, which has been in use for 11 years. After an extensive RFP process, the in-plant selected Digital StoreFront. The contract for the first year is $2.4 million.

DSF supports personalized campaigns (VDP), file delivery and custom catalogs. Digital StoreFront can be hosted by EFI or the print service provider and is available with integration to EFI PrintSmith, EFI Pace, EFI Monarch and EFI Radius print MIS solutions.
