Avoid the In-plant Tipping Point
In-plants take heed: commercial printers are targeting your customers by focusing on their strategic goals and objectives. You need to do this too or they will steal your business.

Unfortunately, we still have a long way to go in getting the majority of in-plants moving down this path. Business decisions are made based upon how investments align with strategic objectives. This commercial printer understands this, and its approach is reaping success.
I believe if in-plants remain complacent and approach business as usual, we may reach the "in-plant tipping point" where we see in-plant closures happening on a regular basis and their work being outsourced to commercial printers. We all know once the crest is peaked, the ball starts rolling down hill, gaining momentum, and resulting in unpleasant and perhaps unstoppable consequences. IPG
