Think Patented Swings Deal for Prime Marketing

DAYTON, OH—Cross-media specialist Think Patented has acquired Prime Marketing Cos. of Miamisburg, OH. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Prime employees will continue to work out of their current location until May. Both groups will move into Think Patented’s new 75,000-square-foot facility in Miamisburg, OH. The new location will house the 110-plus employees; offer expanded capabilities, and process efficiencies and advanced data security in a convenient location for clients.
