Better Buys for Business, an independent authority of office imaging equipment, has selected 27 digital printing devices as recipients of its Editor’s Choice awards.
Among the big names whose equipment was honored are Kodak, Kyocera, Xerox, HP, Océ, Ricoh and Infoprint, the new joint venture between Ricoh and IBM. The winners are listed in Better Buys’ “2007 High-Volume Printer and Digital Duplicator Guide.”
Kodak had two of its digital printers selected. Better Buys called the Digimaster EX Digital Production System Series “an impressive on-demand printer series that has great appeal for high-volume print buyers” and the NexPress M700 Digital Color Press “an excellent entry point for print providers who plan to grow their business.”
Better Buys for Business evaluates hundreds of models of copiers, printers, faxes and scanners from all major manufacturers when selecting award recipients, but only one or two from each category achieve Editor’s Choice status, a designation for those products that provide the best performance and represent the best value.
