BCC Software, the leader in postal software solutions, is pleased to announce the availability of a new resource for direct mailers and Mail Service Providers (MSP). The BCC Software Do Something! initiative is a five-point strategic plan for mailers to proactively address postal changes.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is implementing their bold Delivering For America (DFA) plan to transform and optimize the postal delivery network for future growth and sustainability. BCC Software is encouraging the mailing industry to also implement their own strategic plan to align with the DFA and to make every mailpiece count.
Launching today, over the next five weeks BCC Software will highlight information about each one of the five strategic areas, ranging from data through delivery. Each week details and examples of applying one of the five strategic actions will be unveiled with a good, better, and best approach.
Chris Lien, EVP Postal Affairs for BCC Software said, “We’ve heard a lot of talk and concern about the changes and challenges related to the DFA. We think that it’s time to stop talking and start doing something now to be prepared. That’s why we’ve created a five-point strategic plan for MSPs to better prepare for the Delivering For America plan, and to make every mailpiece count.”
“The BCC Software Do Something! strategies are resonating with the industry. We think the five Do Something! actions will help a lot of our customers by arming them with a specific action plan to address what’s happening in the marketplace”, said Christopher O’Brien, BCC Software President. Continuing, he said “No matter what size your operation is you can take advantage of the strategies with the good, better, and best approaches we will offer.”
