Our 2024 salary survey is drawing to a close, but we’re still hoping for a few more participants, to make the data as useful as possible to you. Please participate in our quick and confidential survey at this link.
Looking at preliminary data, more than half (54%) feel that they are compensated fairly relative to their local market. Though this is a good sign, it still leaves a quarter of respondents who feel they are not and are looking for higher pay. The results of our salary survey, to be published in our March/April issue, will give you data you can use to make your case for a raise.
Every two years, In-plant Impressions conducts a salary survey to help in-plant managers compare their earnings with those of their peers. All qualified participants are eligible to win one of three $25 Amazon gift cards. (If your organization won't let you accept the prize, please fill out the survey anyway and we won't include you in the drawing.)
We will not publish your name, nor the name of your organization. Please respond by Feb. 2. (Or just take it right now!)
Thanks for your help. Here's a link to the 2024 salary survey. (In-plant managers/directors only please.)
