AnaJet Celebrates Ricoh Alliance
AnaJet, a maker of digital apparel printing equipment, is celebrating the two-year anniversary of its technology alliance with Ricoh Printing Systems America, the exclusive manufacturer of the MH2420 print heads that are the heart of AnaJet’s mPower i-series digital apparel printer.
“With the mPower, AnaJet re-imagined how a DTG printer should be built, using more robust components for speed and stamina,” said Don Rasmussen, Director of Engineering at AnaJet. "One of our first major requirements was a print head that could withstand production conditions without the high cost. We found that the Ricoh MH2420 print head delivered the most consistent quality print and the greatest durability for high speed and high volume output.”
“It’s an honor to be the top choice for quality and dependability when it comes to AnaJet direct to garment printers,” said Hiroyuki Kajiyama, CEO and President of Ricoh Printing Systems America. “We have worked closely with AnaJet to rigorously test new configurations and ensure reliable performance. Ricoh looks forward to providing continued support for AnaJet’s best-selling mPower i-series line and for future DTG product lines.”
Owners of the mPower direct to garment printer, including many who upgraded from a previous printer, attest to the quality and durability of their printers.
“After I purchased my mPower mP5 in early 2012, I made rapid progress in growing a DTG line of business,” said Andy Buchholz, owner of Eastern Shore Signs. “I can attest to the durability and quality of the Ricoh print heads.”
