The Association of College and University Printers (ACUP+) has established an ACUP+ Conference Grant program to provide financial assistance to help cover expenses for an employee of a print and mail operation at an educational institution to attend the ACUP+ annual conference to further their education. The conference will take place March 30-April 3 in Costa Mesa, California. This grant is funded through the generous donations of our conference sponsors.
The grant application and selection process are administered through the association’s partnership with The Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation.
To qualify for the grant, you must be an employee of a print and mail operation at an educational institution and provide proof of denial of conference attendance due to lack of funds or other reasons.
A grant will be awarded in the amount of up to $4,000 to reimburse expenses to attend the ACUP+ conference. Reimbursable expenses include conference registration, economy airfare, ground transportation, and lodging at the official ACUP+ conference hotel. The recipient will be reimbursed for appropriate travel-related expenses after the conference concludes and upon receipt of all documented expenses. The application deadline is January 1, 2025
