We tend to be a really high production-oriented organization, and we are always coming up with new ideas for working with our riders and prospective riders, so it's really handy to have an in-house plant where you can pick up the phone and use them without incurring substantial costs. It's not unusual for my manager to say 'I'd like to do such and such by Friday. Can you do it?' So it's handy having them in-house.
