During the IPMA 2019 conference, a panel of three healthcare in-plant managers shared ideas and experiences that have made them front runners with winning operations. The discussion was moderated by Elisha Kasinskas of Rochester Software Associates. Panelists were: Jon Bedsted, Mayo Clinic; Gayle Robinson, Tanner Health; and Brett Jenkins, Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
