With the winners of the In-Print 2021 contest now revealed, we wanted to shine a spotlight on some of the pieces honored with awards in the only printing contest exclusively for in-plants.
The judges picked 29 Gold winners this year, one from each category. Photographer Larry Clements, former manager of Redlands Community College’s in-plant, snapped photos of the winning pieces as soon as the other judges selected them. Here are a few of those shots.
Two of the top In-Print winners this year were the University of Oklahoma (14 awards) and the University of Texas at Austin (nine awards). Bloomberg LP, the Church of Scientology, Iowa State University and Thrivent Financial each won four awards.
Judges also picked Best of Show winners out of all the Gold-winning offset and non-offset pieces. All of the pieces shown here were in the running for these grand awards. Best of Show winners will be revealed (along with the 2020 Best of Show winners) at the 2022 IPMA conference in Buffalo, N.Y.
