Pennsylvania House Fires Xerox, Hires Canon

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives has broken its contract with Xerox for printers and copiers and signed on with Canon, according to ABC27 News in Harrisburg, Pa. This prompted Xerox to take the rare step of sending a letter to all 203 House members alerting them to the $5 million it will cost taxpayers to prematurely sever the deal. So what did Canon do to help defray that cost?
